We are Grgo Bulat and Pao Lin Oei, and we are thrilled that you are interested in a (sporty) vacation in Vodice. We love this beautiful coastal town and we would love to share our passion with you! Grgo grew up here, and in 2001 we spent our first vacation together here. Although Amsterdam is our home base, we miss the beauty of the Adriatic sea and the Dalmatian coast every day. That's why we decided to buy a house here in 2022 where we can share our love for this magical place with our guests. Grgo's experience in construction and creativity came in handy because he completely renovated the house and turned it into four self-contained Apartments within a year.

We have put a lot of effort into the decoration of the Apartments to ensure that everything is in place for a comfortable and familiar stay. You are very welcome to enjoy everything that the surroundings and our apartments have to offer.

In addition to our love for the Croatian coast, Grgo has another great passion: Sports! Grgo has a lot of experience in various Sports, including running several marathons, participating in challenging amateur cycling races, completing several half and Olympic triathlons, and even completing a full triathlon. He also has experience in the gym, and in fact, we met each other in the gym. That's why we are happy to welcome people who want to enjoy the sun, the sea, and the Croatian coast, as well as those who are looking for a place to sport with a group of friends.
